Personal Experience

Wendy joined Harris Cuffaro & Nichols in 2025 as a consultant solicitor, following a highly successful 29-years of practice at firms in the City of London, Central and North London, including 6 years as Partner.

Wendy achieved First Class Honours in her Law Society Finals at the College of Law in 1993, and has since developed extensive experience specialising in property conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions, with a strong focus on the London & South East markets.

Wendy is also a qualified Trusts and Estates practitioner of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) advising and dealing with probate matters as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney.

During her career, Wendy’s tenacity, attention to detail and client care, has earned her a substantial following of loyal repeat clients.
