Personal Experience

Robert is an eloquent advocate whose precise yet personable approach to the law, evidence and advocacy keeps him highly regarded by clients and the local Courts alike.

Robert specialises in all aspects of criminal law and can be found in Magistrates Courts, Crown Courts and Police Stations throughout the Southeast on a daily basis.

Now a partner, Robert joined Harris Cuffaro & Nichols Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor in 2017 having completed the Legal Practice Course and being awarded Master of Laws in Legal Practice (LLM), at the University of Law. Following his Period of Recognised Training, Robert was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2019. Robert is also a qualified Duty Solicitor, an Accredited Police Station Representative and a Higher Rights Advocate.
