Harris Cuffaro Nichols Solicitors was founded in 1997 by Peter Cuffaro, David Nichols and David Harris Initially set up on the idyllic High Street in Old Harlow, the firm quickly outgrew its original premises, relocating to its current main office at Lion Court. From the beginning, it established strong ties with many of the area’s longstanding agents, businesses, and families, building a reputation as a trusted and respected firm serving Harlow and, over time, expanding its reach beyond the local community.Peter Cuffaro’s motto, “Keep it simple,” set the tone for the firm’s pragmatic, straightforward, and friendly approach, which remains a cornerstone of its culture. This ethos has earned the loyalty of clients, many of whom return time and again for legal support, while fostering a positive environment where staff tend to stay, forming a dedicated and cohesive team.The firm initially gained a formidable reputation in all areas of conveyancing and criminal law, and over time it has evolved into a practice offering expertise across wider areas of law.
