Emma Marchant LLB (Hons)

Now an owning partner of the firm, Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 having graduated from Westminster University in 2007 and completing the Legal Practice Course from the College of Law in 2008.

Emma joined Harris Cuffaro & Nichols in June 2014 from a North London based Property law firm and continues to specialise in all aspects of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
With a significant returning client base and reputation for delivering a ‘fuss free’ empathetic and efficient service to clients, Emma is also available to advise and assist with Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Wills and Probate matters.
