Peter Cuffaro has a Batchelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering as well as being a Solicitor. His areas of legal expertise include: Commercial and residential conveyancing, Wills Probate and Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client Work.
Over the years Peter has built up a considerable following of clients including banks, building societies and insurance brokers. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Harlow and sits on the Governing Board of a local comprehensive school.
Our Property Department also includes the following lawyers: Lin Plows and Eva Hart both of whom offer an excellent service to clients and estate agents. Their friendly and effective approach to their work is representative of the ethos of the firm as a whole and they enjoy a very good reputation locally.
Stuart Cooper heads our Criminal Litigation Department and advocacy is his professional strength. Stuart has built up a large Legal Aid practice defending clients in the local Magistrate and Crown Courts.
The Criminal Department with its excellent support team: David Nichols, Kim Nichols, Louise Hobday, Darren Flight, and Lauren Bond, also undertakes prosecution work on behalf of private clients including many Local Authorities in the South East of England, the RSPCA and the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (formerly the Department of Trade and Industry)
